A relaxing front yard with plenty of space and greenery was crafted to not only create a smart outdoor hangout but also to ensure that there was ample privacy. Set deep into the lot the main house allows family members to escape the constant rush of life in Vila Madalena even while spending sunny evening under the shade.

Sure a white picket fence can be a symbol of classiness and quiet domestic life. But it can also be a part of luxury wealth and prestige. A grand house in the color of peach with perfectly decorated exterior is set within the safety of a chic white picket fence! A small town home with a brick exterior feels harsh and cold so a white picket fence is a very simple solution. It instantly makes the setting kind and likable!

A gourmet kitchen open dining area and spacious sitting zone flow onto the deck outside and blur the traditional indoor-outdoor boundary. A restrained color scheme ensures that focus remains firmly on the use of diverse finishes.

On the inside it is cement blocks that set the ambiance with some painted in bright red and others left exposed. A gorgeous and striking kitchen island in red and an equally dramatic staircase in bright yellow bring even more color indoors.

The beautiful family home with coastal touches was revamped by altering its floor plan bringing the living areas to the lower level so that they are connected with the garden outside and by ushering in a modern minimal style that also incorporates sublime coastal charm.
