Since the home did not have to accommodate spaces for kids there was a certain amount of design freedom that the architects gladly tapped into. The open and long living area is flanked by dining space and kitchen on one end and the bedroom on the other.

The white picket fence immediately pops into our head when we think of “classy domestic lifestyle.” It’s such a traditional feature that represents the good family life either in the suburbs or the countryside. The bright color of the fence marvelously accompanies the pastel tone of the house’s exterior and its white trim. It’s obvious this color palette is harmonious and stunning!
Adding to the intrigue and the visual splendor of this modern home is the Brise soleil that keeps away hot tropical sun and creates beautiful walkways that are still lit ever so beautifully by natural light.
Replacing the old staircase with the new design not only enhanced the visual appeal of the home but also saved space by 20 percent giving the architects more room to work with. Replacing the old larger kitchen with an ergonomic cutting-edge kitchen that is much smaller also freed up space for the living room.
Adding to this rich sense of diversity is the large natural rock wall around the courtyard that is laced with tropical plants. A custom irrigation system is used to water this unique living wall that shields the home from prying eyes while providing a tinge of green to the polished residence.
